Prints

Prints are personally printed on gelatin silver fiber-based paper and processed in archivally standards. After processing, each is then corner mounted on 16"x20", 2-ply museum boardsand and over matted using 4-ply museum boards. Prints are signed and numbered in pencil on back of prints.

Completed work is delivered with buffered interleaving paper between the print and the overmat.

Buyers should note that purchase of a print of my work in no way alters the fact that Hisashi Kagawa own (and continue to own) the copyright on all work. Items that you buy must never be used for anything other than private display without permission.

Alternatively, print purchases can be made via Check or Many Order by simply sending me an e-mail and indicate which print(s) you would like to arder and provide your shipping address so I can provide you with a total order amount.

Shipping information

Shipping costs for international orders are based upon actual destination and are initially billed at $100.00 when the online order is placed. When I receive your order I will calculate the additional shipping amount due based upon your actual location and a PayPal invoice will be sent for the additional amount.

Kagawa Prints is required under PayPal's Buyer Protection Program to retain reasonable proof-of-shipping. To comply, Kagawa Prints ships everything via UPS with delivery confirmation. Kagawa Prints takes no responsibility for lost parcels, wrong deliveries or product damage caused by UPS.

Typically all parcels are shipped via UPS. I place a "Signiture Required-Delivery Conformation" an all parcels to ensure that it is delivered to the hands of the rightful purchaser. Regardless, all orders shipped via UPS are fully insured so I can issue a replacement promptly if the parcel is ever lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Prior to issuing a replacement UPS will initate a "tracer" and conduct an investigation on what happened to the parcel and this can take up to 7 business days. I can not ship the replacement parcel until UPS completes their investigaion and pays me for the lost, stolen or damaged goods. Additional time may be required to re-print and mount your print.

Kagawa Prints is not responsible for any required import duties, customs fees, or other costs associated with shipping this order across international borders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. By submitting the order, you are accepting this responsibility.

Guarantee

Because of my confidence in the quality of the prints sold through this web site, I guarantee your satisfaction with all prints purchased. If you are not satisfied with the original print, please return it, carefully packed, in original condition within 10 days of receipt stating the reason for returning it and if applicable I will gladly replace the print with another print of equal value.  Unfortunately, I cannot refund any shipping charges you may incur in sending the print back to me.

I am offering this guarantee based on my understanding that images viewed on the internet cannot, by their very nature, match an original print.  I want you to be completely satisfied with your print purchase, so each order is treated as a custom request for a unique photographic image and is printed with careful consideration to present you with a beautiful print that you will be proud to display Please read our Return Policy Before returning any print.

If you return the print because of a mistake made by Kagawa Prints all costs will be refunded to you via paypal.

Return Policy

If you need to return a print e-mail me for return authorization, you will be sent an authorization number.

Note: requests must be made within 10 days of receipt and work returned within 14 days of return authorization being issued.

An order cannot be cancelled once shipped.

If a parcel is returned to Kagawa Prints due to non acceptance at the address stipulated then the cost to reship will be charged to the buyer and paid via paypal.

If the carrier has to trace a package for whatever reason, Kagawa Prints is not responsible for the time this may take.

When shipping returns it is essential that you clearly write on the package the return authorisation number and ship to the address on the invoice. If you do not do this Kagawa Prints will be forced to assume that you do not have authorisation to return the print and it will be refused and sent back to byou.

Returns must be prepaid shipped and insured for the full value of the print.Please be aware that duty tax is levied in Japan on return items I will invoice you with this cost.
